A Lux Salon Suite is a place where professionals in the health, beauty, spa, barbering, massage, and skin industries (as well as others) can operate their own businesses in a supportive, safe, clean, and beautiful location.
What we Offer
We offer fully furnished, spacious salon suites with the following features and amenities:
- High-end salon equipment that is well-appointed with every desired luxury. Each suite includes the furniture, sinks, and cabinets etc. that are needed for the type of service that will be offered by the professional. For example, a professional that does hair and beauty would have a state-of-the-art shampoo station, styling chair with full size mirror, separate color bar with sink and storage, cushioned flooring, granite counter tops and much more.
- All utilities including water, electricity, heating, a/c and Wi-Fi.
- 24×7 access to a private suite, giving our members the flexibility to set their own hours and work when it’s convenient for them and their clients.
- 24-hour security system and double-door entry system are state-of-the-art and unmatched in the industry.
- Unlike traditional salons or open-ceiling lofts, our private, luxurious suites offer acoustical ceilings with floor-to-ceiling walls. Noise, odors, dust and hair clippings won’t drift from one suite to another.
- With the elimination of commission splits, Lux Salon Suites professionals keep 100% of the service revenue they earn and 100% of the profits from retail sales.
The Lux Salon Suites Facilities
Our facilities are newly constructed and very elegant. They are located in excellent locations, that are very accessible for your clients. Run your business in a modern, clean, private, luxurious, and safe environment.
There are single, double, and triple Suites available. The suites come outfitted with high-end amenities and top-of-the-line salon equipment including the following:
- Massage tables
- State-of-the-art shampoo stations
- Barber chairs with cabinets and mirror
- Styling chair with full size mirror
- Color bar with sink and storage
- Cushioned flooring
- Granite counter tops
- High-End cabinetry and a sink in every room
- Other equipment available do be discussed with interested professionals
There is a break room with a microwave, a washing machine, and a dryer. All facilities are compliant with rules and regulations designed to accommodate persons with disabilities.
The locations are thoughtfully constructed to be beautiful, clean, bright, and private, as well as being environmentally conscious with our water usage and use of renewable energy.
